Angelina Perino

Angelina founded Cove™ at 19 years old while pursuing a career as a professional dancer, officially launching the brand at 23 with a mission to inspire resilience, awaken greatness, and above all, help people realize their highest potential.

Under her leadership, Cove has grown into a purpose-driven creative agency, producing on and off-screen work with Hall of Fame athletes, rising stars, award-winning artists, and major brands—while uplifting Chicago’s next generation of athletes, creatives, and entrepreneurs through in-person panels and original content with industry leaders.

A passionate speaker and coach, Angelina is known for delivering grounded, motivating talks on purpose, personal growth, and pursuit. She has coached dozens of ambitious young minds across disciplines, offering guidance that bridges both the strategic and the soulful.

In 2026, she will launch Cove Circle™, a private, intentional membership community uniting established and emerging talent across sports, arts, entertainment, and business.
