Angelina Perino founded Cove at 19 while pursuing a career as a professional dancer, officially launching the company at 23 with a mission to inspire resilience, awaken greatness, and help people realize their highest potential.

Since then, she has evolved Cove into a purpose-driven creative agency producing on- and off-screen work with Hall of Fame athletes, rising stars, award-winning artists, and global brands—while uplifting the next generation of athletes and creatives through curated panels and content alongside industry leaders.

On Cove’s 10-year anniversary, Angelina launched Cove Circle, a private members club for athletes, artists, and entrepreneurs who understand what it takes not only to perform at the highest level, but to live at it.

A passionate speaker and mentor, Angelina is known for delivering grounded, motivating conversations on purpose, personal growth, and the pursuit of meaningful work.
